Flash problems

Yuk - sometimes you can waste an hour of your life trying to kick your computer into shape. Today I started up my lappy to only find You-Tube and our Tag Cloud not working. Both are using Flash. The videos on this site are fine, but not when viewing directly on You Tube. Uninstalling and reinstalling...
